Jim was by far the most thorough of the six (6) estimates Ive received so far. He was the only one to give me an estimate for repairing my current Trane heat pump. He also climbed into my attic and took photos of my ducts, pointing out that they had some minor leaks. Jim was pleasant and professional for his entire visit. He prepared a detailed written estimate for economy, mid, and premium heat pumps. Finally, Jim gave me a 10% discount for being a veteran.
