Membership Terms And Conditions
Memberships exclusively apply to single residential properties and are non-transferable between properties. However, they can be transferred to a new homeowner if the property is sold during the membership term.
All services must be rendered within the same annual appointment. Members are required to schedule annual appointments within 30 days after the 365-day mark from the membership purchase date.
*Additional HVAC systems can be covered under the membership for an additional fee.
*Flow Care Membership can be adjusted to account for a tankless water heater. Membership increases to $18/Month or $216/Year.
Please note: Water heater flushes may not always be feasible for aging units.
