Level 1 Membership

Level 3 Membership

• No after-hours or weekend rates

Memberships exclusively apply to residential properties and are non-transferrable between properties. However, they can be transferred to a new homeowner if the property is sold during the membership term. All services must be rendered within the same annual appointment. Members are required to schedule their annual appointment within 30 days after the 365-day mark from the membership purchase date.

Please note: water heater flushes may not always be feasible for aging units.

Enjoy a 5% discount on all services for up to 365 days after the membership purchase date. For Level 3 Membership holders, weekend and after-hours rates are adjusted to the standard service rate, with an additional 5% discount applied.
